Stress, Mental Health and Resilience

Stress is universal, but unmanaged stress quietly erodes health, safety, and performance. This course helps participants understand how the brain responds under pressure, including the fight-flight-freeze cycle, and reframes resilience as a healthier pathway forward. By normalizing emotional responses and defenses, we reduce stigma, and participants learn the importance of shifting from burnout to balance and taking proactive steps toward wellbeing.

This course equips individuals with the insight and tools needed to identify and understand stress, respond effectively with compassion (for self and others), to protect both health and wellbeing.

Ideal for anyone seeking to build resilience in the face of stress, frontline workers, team members, or leaders who want to better understand and support their people.

Key Walk-a-Ways:
  • Understand how stress affects health, behaviour, and performance
  • Recognize the fight-flight-freeze cycle and its role in trauma responses
  • Identify hidden coping patterns that undermine health, relationships, and contribute to burnout
  • Learn how resilience-based strategies restore focus, energy, and wellbeing

This course also qualifies for 7.5 CPD credits through the CCPA. Learners may download their CCPA certificate and submit it directly to the CCPA for registration.

Workplace Hazardous Behaviour Identification System (WHBIS) for Managers and Leaders

This course reframes behaviour as a key health and safety concern in today's workplaces. WHBIS equips managers and people leaders with the skills and structure needed to recognize and manage psychosocial risks, including hazardous behaviour such as harassment, bullying, incivility, or misconduct. These risks don't just affect individuals - they damage culture, undermine performance, and erode trust.

WHBIS provides a clear, practical system for identifying behavioural hazards across all organizational levels, from frontline workers to leadership. It also introduces the RISE Operating System - a systemic approach to protecting psychological safety through early recognition, fair intervention, sustained support, and a commitment to continuous learning. This course is essential for those responsible for culture, compliance, or care.

Ideal for managers, supervisors, HR, health & safety professionals, leaders, and executives.

Key Walk-a-Ways:
  • Recognize the impact of behaviour on organizational health, safety, and performance
  • Use the WHBIS model to assess and respond to psychosocial risks in real time
  • Strengthen accountability and trust by responding to behaviour concerns with clarity and care
  • Support employees through difficult dynamics without defaulting to blame or avoidance
  • Identify resources that integrate behavioural safety into leadership routines, team check-ins, and performance conversations
  • Apply the RISE Operating System to embed fairness and psychological safety at scale

Resilience and Mental Fitness

Resilience is not fixed - it can be trained. This course introduces the Be Fit Framework, a roadmap for strengthening 16 "mental muscles" across four key brain circuits. Through guided practices, participants learn how to reframe stress as growth pressure, increase adaptability, and develop stronger focus, calm, and emotional regulation. Mental fitness becomes a practical, trainable skill set that builds psychological stamina and performance.

This course helps individuals identify the mental fitness skills and practises needed to build psychological strength, confidence, and clarity in the face of adversity.

Ideal for professionals in high-pressure environments, leaders seeking stronger mental tools, and anyone who wants to build lasting resilience and boost performance.

Key Walk-a-Ways:
  • Learn and apply the Be Fit Framework
  • Identify 16 mental fitness skills tied to thinking, relating, and leading
  • Gain greater confidence, clarity, and calm under pressure
  • Reframe stress as a stimulus for growth, adaptability, and resilience
